FAQ

What are the benefits of aluminum bottled water?

plus icon minus icon
  • Infinitely recyclable with real value. Aluminum has inherent cash value, which means it actually gets recycled—unlike most plastic.
  • No loss of quality when recycled. Aluminum can be recycled repeatedly without degrading, unlike plastic which downcycles.
  • Fast cooling. Aluminum bottles chill quickly—typically within 20 minutes.
  • Efficient recycling process. Aluminum is easily sorted, melted, and remade at recycling centers—and can be back on the shelf as a new product in as little as 60 days.
  • Designed for life on the go. Fits cup holders, backpacks, and bike cages—round bottle, round hole.
  • Reduces plastic waste. Helps cut down on the 1 million plastic bottles used every minute worldwide.
  • Lightweight. Each aluminum bottle weighs just 14 grams.
  • Sustainable materials. Made from up to 100% post-consumer recycled aluminum, requiring very little virgin aluminum mining.

Does the water contain added minerals or electrolytes?

plus icon minus icon

No additives are introduced. This water is bottled directly at the source in the mountainous region of North Georgia. With an approximate pH of 6.8, it naturally retains essential electrolytes and minerals derived from the spring itself.

What makes this water different from plastic bottled water?

plus icon minus icon
  • Chills faster and stays colder
  • Resealable for on-the-go use
  • Recycled more frequently and more efficiently than plastic
  • Maintains material value instead of becoming waste

Does aluminum affect the taste of the water?

plus icon minus icon

No. Nearly all modern aluminum and steel beverage cans use a protective internal lining. Our bottles use a BPANI (BPA Non-Intent) liner, which eliminates BPA from the lining itself.

This lining:

  • Protects the water from the metal
  • Protects the packaging from the contents
  • Extends shelf life without impacting flavor

Result: clean, crisp water with no metallic taste.

How is freshness preserved?

plus icon minus icon
  • The spring is located deep in the Appalachian Mountains, more than 50 miles from any heavy industrial activity.
  • Water naturally flows from the ground at over 200 gallons per minute, with no mechanical extraction.
  • At the bottling facility, water passes through an ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system to eliminate microorganisms.
  • Water is temporarily stored in 10,000-gallon buffer tanks, allowing for safe, controlled production.
  • Naturally filtered through ancient rock, requiring only minimal processing to preserve its fresh taste.

Is the bottle recyclable?

plus icon minus icon

Yes—100%. Aluminum maintains its quality when recycled, is easily processed at recycling centers, and can return to store shelves as a new product in as little as 60 days.
