What You'll Need

  • As much coffee and water as you’d like to brew. We’ll use 45 grams of coffee and 800 grams of filtered water, heated to 205F
  • French Press
  • Coffee Grinder
  • Gram Scale
  • Kettle
  • Timer 

Step 1

Measure 45g of coffee, grind medium-coarse, and pour into the brewer.

Step 2

Start your timer, and pour 800 grams of water into the brewer. After 30 seconds, stir, and fix the lid on top.

Step 3

After 6 minutes, press the plunger to the bottom of the brewer.

Step 4

Enjoy!

 

Storage: Once your beans are opened, store them in an airtight container that you keep in a cool, dry place. If you want the beans and your coffee to taste their best, which obviously you do, grind them just before you start brewing.
